The man on the left has his right arm around the other's waist and his left hand on the other's back, while the man on the right has his left arm around the other's waist. Both men have thick thighs and bulging muscles. The background shows a sandy area with small dots and a wavy line at the top. Japanese characters are written in four places on the image. The overall color of the image is a muted tan.
