Vertical rectangular woodblock print depicts a white heron and purple irises. The heron is on the left side, body angled down to the left, one leg tucked up under body, the other leg extended down. The heron has a long neck and long sharp beak. The irises have green stems and leaves. There are three purple iris flowers with yellow details on one stem. The background fades from brown at top to blue at bottom. Black Japanese characters are at the top and on the left side. A red square seal with white Japanese characters is on the left side.
