The actor's facial expression appears comical, with wide eyes and a protruding tongue. He appears to be mid-step, with his right leg forward and his left leg behind him. A small brown monkey sits on his right shoulder. The background of the print is a light beige color, with various Japanese characters written in black ink throughout.
