The exterior has a repeating pattern of raised designs on eight rectangular panels around its body. The design on each panel consists of a flower-like motif with a ring at its center. The bowl sits on a flat surface with a plain background. The image is in black and white. The number "19.39.15" is printed on the front of the base.
