Ivory netsuke in the form of a mask from Noh play Okina. The mask is a light yellowish ivory color. It depicts a human face with a wide nose and mouth. The eyes are on either side of the face. The eyebrows are done in low relief. There are three small circular inlays on either side of the face, above and below the cheekbones. A small red mark on the bridge of the nose. The background of the image is white.
