Ornament for Harness Straps by Carl Peters. Gray metal plate with three vertical lines of rivets. The central line has seven rivets, and the two outer lines each have eight rivets. A decorative metal piece is attached to the center of the plate, featuring a central triangular section surrounded by a border of small metal loops, with a larger loop at the top. The decorative piece appears to be made of a darker, more textured metal than the plate.
