The Decorative belt plaque by its maker, is a bronze-colored, rectangular object with rounded edges, slightly curved on the short side. Gold-colored floral patterns are etched into the surface between and around the circular designs. The object exhibits signs of wear and aging, with visible discoloration and scratches. A red number is printed on the bottom left side. The object is set against a white background.
