Round, flat, white marble belt plaque with intricate carvings. The plaque has a raised rim around the edge. Carvings depict a tree-like structure with curved branches and a figure on the left side, possibly a person or animal. The figure appears to be climbing or standing on the branches. The background of the image is a light-colored fabric. A small number is printed at the bottom center of the plaque.
