Haniwa Head of Boar
The Haniwa Head of Boar by unknown artist is a sculpture of a boar's head on a cylindrical base. The boar's head faces right. The head is made of dark gray material, possibly clay, and has a rough texture. Two small ears protrude from the top back of the head. The eyes and nostrils are small holes. The mouth is open, revealing the lower jaw. The cylindrical base is wider at the bottom than at the top and has a rough texture similar to the boar's head. The background is white with a shadow cast by the sculpture.
