Sake Bottle (Tokkuri) in the Shape of an Eggplant
The ceramic object is shaped like an eggplant. The body of the object is bulbous and dark-colored with a glossy glaze that transitions from dark brown at the top to dark blue towards the bottom. A white glaze accents the top, forming a zigzag pattern around the middle. The top of the object is narrower with a short neck and resembles a stem. The background is gray with a shadow cast by the object.
