The Wine Pot, created by artist Mark Rothko, is a sculpture. The object has a teapot-like body with a rounded lower half and a more narrow upper half. The body is decorated with circles containing various designs, and there are swirling patterns on the upper portion. A handle, rounded at the top, extends from the back. The spout is formed to look like a peacock's head and neck, complete with a beak and texture resembling feathers. The lid is small and rounded with a knob on top. The background of the image is light gray.
