The Metropolitan Museum of Art

An ink drawing on paper depicts a landscape scene. A tall pointed mountain rises in the background. In the foreground are rolling hills with lines indicating texture. The lower portion depicts a clearing with trees on either side. A structure with a tiled roof sits in the clearing and closer to the viewer. Trees are also present. The left side features an area with more density of trees. The image includes a border with a darker line. There are writings and seals present on the top left and right side. The paper appears aged with some discoloration throughout.
