Tan rectangular piece of paper with darker tan border around it. The background shows a small geometric pattern. Two sets of designs are stamped on the paper. Three circular designs are stamped across the bottom. The left and right stamp are identical. The middle stamp has a circle in the center with 6 leaf-like shapes around it, evenly spaced. The designs on the top resemble the ones on the bottom but are not circular.
