Gray rectangular piece of fabric with a tan border. The fabric features six identical symmetrical shapes resembling military rank insignia or badges. The shapes are arranged symmetrically in two columns of three. The shapes have a central cylindrical component with a rounded top and a lower portion consisting of one large and two small stacked circular shapes on either side. The top of each shape has a faceted surface divided into horizontal sections. Four of the shapes are a dark gray color matching the fabric, while two are outlined in yellow and have horizontal yellow and black stripes on their central cylindrical component. The tan border is slightly darker at the corners and has small orange text in the bottom-left corner.
