Dark blue robe with short sleeves. The robe has a round neck opening and a keyhole-shaped slit at the back of the neck. There is gold, white and light blue embroidery throughout. The embroidery depicts dragons and clouds on the top half and dragons and waves on the bottom half. There are two horizontal bands of embroidery across the torso, one above and one below the waist. The upper band features gold edges and a dragon design in gold, white and light blue; the lower band features gold edges and a design of dragons, clouds and waves. The bottom hem has a thin gold band and a thicker band of gold, white and light blue embroidered dragons and waves. The background of the image is white. This is the "Robe of State" by an unknown artist.
