Three vertical red lines run down the center, one in the middle and one on either side. Three red circles, one on either side and one in the middle, are positioned on the red lines. Black text is written in a foreign language, possibly in a non-Latin script, The text is arranged in lines, with some lines having more text than others. The text fills most of the page, leaving a small border around the edges. The background behind the paper is plain and light-colored.
