Fan (Chauri) Handle and Finial
The handle and finial of a fan, called a Chauri, with a beige-colored handle made of what appears to be ivory or bone, approximately cylindrical and tapered in shape, with a smooth surface. The handle features decorative elements at both ends. The finial at one end is ornate and shaped somewhat like a leaf or a flame. It is gold-colored and features intricate patterns and designs. The other end of the handle also has ornate gold-colored decorations, with multiple stacked, small rings that are intricately designed. The background is a light brown surface with horizontal lines running across it.
