Tea bowl with black background and irregular splashes of beige. The bowl has a rounded shape and a thin brown rim. The beige splashes are irregularly shaped and vary in size, with some areas having more concentrated splashes than others. The background of the image transitions from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom. The bowl appears to be sitting on a surface, casting a shadow underneath it. The bowl is by artist Bernard Leach.
