Busk

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Long, narrow, wooden object with rounded top and two rounded scallops at bottom. The object features a series of designs and symbols etched into its surface. Starting from the top, there is a heart shape with two leaf-like protrusions on either side. Below that is a bird with outstretched wings and a long tail. The next symbol resembles an anchor with a cross at the top. Further down, there appears to be a lion-like creature. The next design features a shield with a flame-like shape behind it. At the bottom, there is a rectangular section with the letters "ZC" in the center. The background of the image is white, with a shadow cast to the right of the object. The artist of this piece is Busk.
