This is a round, bronze-colored medallion featuring the profile of a female figure. The woman is facing right, wearing a long headdress that extends behind her head and has her curly hair hanging down from the end of it. The text "D ISOTTAE ARIMINENSI" surrounds the portrait. The medallion is a brown color with some areas of darker patina. There is a small, round hole at the top.
