The sculpture is an oval-shaped medallion or seal with intricate carvings. It shows three large people standing in an arched, temple-like structure. The central person wears a long dress and is holding a child. This person is flanked by two other people - one in armor, holding a staff, and the other dressed in robes and holding a rectangular object. All three large people and the child have halos around their heads. The sculpture is predominantly brown with areas of darker patina. An inscription encircles the edges of the medallion, and there are small holes at the top and bottom.
