The sculpture is a relief depicting a central figure standing on what seems to be an elevated platform, holding a staff or pole. Surrounding this central figure are smaller figures, including two seated or kneeling figures holding shields and staffs, and others in different poses that suggest motion. The sculpture, made of a material resembling bronze, has a dark metallic color with worn or polished areas highlighted. The relief features intricate detailing with figures in varying poses etched into a rectangular plaque, adding depth and movement. The top part includes cloud or smoke-like formations with smaller figures, possibly depicted in mid-air or within the clouds.
