The sculpture is a round medallion featuring a scene of horses pulling a chariot. The horses have raised legs and flowing manes. A nude person appears to fall off one of the horses and is suspended upside down. In the distance, there are some trees to the left and right. The medallion is surrounded by a simple double-ridged border, and there is a small hole at the top. It is a dark brown-gray color.
