This is a decorative ceramic plate. The center features a scene of a person next to a pedestal, and it is painted in shades of blue, green, and yellow against a white background. The wide rim of the plate is bright orange, decorated with designs of flowers and winged people and heads in symmetrical arrangements, painted in shades of blue, yellow, green, and white. There is a thin outline of green around the rim.
