This is a ceramic plate. The plate has an elaborate design with rich colors mainly in blue, yellow, and green tones. In the center, there is a coat of arms with a shield of blue and yellow triangular shapes, and an emblem resembling an eagle on top. On the rim of the plate are intricate patterns of scrolls and foliage in yellow, green, and reddish-brown, with blue outlines against the white background.
