This is a decorative plate. At the center of the plate is a shield divided into quadrants with various designs including diagonal stripes, fleur-de-lis, and the outlines of lions. The shield is set against a background of green grass and a blue sky, with swirling ribbons hanging from it and the letters A F on either side. This central image is surrounded by a thick yellow border. The rim of the plate is adorned with repeated leaf-like structures and swirling patterns in yellow, green, and red against a dark blue background.
