The horse-drawn carriage is in the center of the print, surrounded by people with long weapons. On the left, people on horseback are engaged in combat with men on the ground - some have similar long weapons, and others are firing guns. Three people stand on a hill in the background, looking down at the conflict. In the bottom center of the print, a person lays on the ground, next to a long weapon and a bundle spilling its contents on the ground. Another person is on the ground near the front wheel of the carriage. On the right, a person is held down on the ground and threatened or impaled by another person holding a long weapon. Next to them, a horse rears up. On the far right, a person in shadow looks out at the scene from a group of trees. The person holds a long gun and wears a feathered hat.
