La route d'Emmaüs (2e planche) (The Road to Emmaus) (second plate)
This print is a faint depiction of two or three people standing side by side. They appear to gesture or reach towards each other. The person in the center appears to be crouching down, supported by the person on the right who seems to hold a long, thin object resembling a staff. The people appear to have shoulder-length, flowing hair and are wearing loose-fitting garments. Their details and facial features are hard to identify due to the faint lines, and there could be a third person between them, although the shapes are ambiguous. The background features darker, swirling lines in the sky.
