In this painting, two women are depicted in full body view. They are standing side by side, facing forward, and appear to be holding hands. Both women have round, shiny faces and short, wavy dark hair. Their skin is pale and they have round, rosy cheeks, and they are both smiling slightly. The woman on the left wears a white off-the-shoulder dress with brown triangular patterns, a dark belt around the waist, lace at the elbow-length sleeves, and long white trousers. The woman on the right wears a similar white off-the-shoulder dress with red and blue patterns, sheer net-like sleeves, a puffy skirt, white trousers, and she holds an object in her left hand that looks like a large tan bonnet with green ribbon accents. The pale arms of the women have a texture that looks like wood grain. The women are centered in the painting, and the background is plain beige paper.
