This image depicts an engraving of a man shown from just below the waist and up. He is seated, likely on a chair, and faces slightly to his left while gazing directly at the viewer. The man has a receding hairline with short hair at the sides and a neatly trimmed beard and mustache. He wears a dark, high-collared garment with elaborate detailing, including what appears to be a decorative ruff around his neck and ruffled cuffs. The garment is adorned with buttons down the front. In his right hand, he holds a rolled document. The background features numerous lines, with ornamented chair finials visible on either side of his head. At the bottom of the engraving, there is a text inscription.
