He wears a large, broad-brimmed hat with a decorative band, an elaborately detailed dark coat with a star-shaped insignia, and is surrounded by an oval frame with a crown on top. Two mythical creatures resembling dragons or sea serpents flank the portrait. Below the portrait is a coat of arms with heraldic elements, against a detailed background with abstract patterns and architectural elements. There is ornate text display, presumably in Latin.
