This is a round medallion or coin with a relief of a standing woman. The woman is turned to the left, extending her right arm forward, holding what looks like a long leaf. In her left hand she is holding a long staff that appears to have a snake wrapped around it. The medallion is crafted from a dark-brown material that displays a patina of green discoloration in some places. An inscription at the edge of the medallion reads "OPVS PAVLI DE RAGVSIO."
