The sculpture is a round bronze medallion with a profile portrait of a woman facing right. The woman's hair is styled in an elaborate manner and she wears a textured garment around the shoulder area. The material of the sculpture is bronze, giving it a dark golden-brown color. The texture is detailed with intricate designs on the clothing and hair. Inscriptions read "D. ISOTTAE ARIMINENSI." There is a small hole near the top edge, possibly for hanging. The sculpture is positioned for a profile view of the subject.
