The sculpture is a round medallion or coin featuring a relief carving showing the profile of a woman facing the left. She has flowing hair and is wearing a garment that drapes off of her shoulder. The medallion has an inscription along the edge and a small hole at the top. It appears to be made of a bronze-colored material with areas of dark brown patina.
