The image shows a sculpted coin featuring the profile of a man in relief, facing to the left. The subject wears a tall hat and has a pointed beard. The coin has a round shape and a rich brown color. Surrounding the central figure is an inscription which reads "AVGUSTINVS BARBADICO VENETOR. DVX." The details on the coin, such as the facial features and the texture of the beard, are sharply defined against the flat background. The coin's edge is bordered with a series of small, evenly-spaced raised dots.
