The sculpture depicts a small, circular medallion with a scene in bas-relief featuring three figures. At the center of this scene, a central seated figure holds what appears to be a crown on their head, flanked by two standing figures on either side. These figures are dressed in long robes and are holding objects in their hands. The medallion is crafted from a metallic material with a brownish and greenish patina. The surface is slightly worn, adding to the textured appearance of the figures. The outer edge of the medallion is inscribed with text following along its circular edge, partially obscured by the position and patination. There is a small hole near the top of the medallion.
