The sculpture is a detailed relief of a man's profile looking to the right. The subject has long, wavy hair cascading over the shoulder and precise facial features. It is set on a round, coin-like object, possibly a medallion or medal, made of a metallic substance with a golden-brown hue. There is an inscription encircling the outer edge of the medallion.
