The sculpture is a round medallion with a profile portrait of a man wearing a hat and a beard. The hat has intricate patterns and textures. The man's attire also appears detailed with folds resembling luxurious fabric. The material seems to be bronze. The medallion features an inscription "MARCUS ANTONIVS SAN O DVX". The object is flat on one side and textured on the other where the figure's details are raised. A small hole near the top suggests it may have been designed to be hung or carried.
