The sculpture is a circular medallion featuring the profiles of three male figures. Each figure is placed in succession, giving the appearance of overlapping profiles. The men wear laurel wreaths. The material of the sculpture is bronze, with a deep bronze hue and darker patina in relief areas. The surface has a subtle texture, enhancing its aged look. The medallion has an inscription that encircles the figures, starting with "P.…HEN·" and proceeding to "REGES…FRANC." There is a small circular hole near the upper edge of the medallion.
