The sculpture is a circular medallion featuring a relief portrait of a man in profile, facing left. The subject appears to be wearing a robe with a broad collar. The sculpture is cast in bronze. Around the edge of the medallion, there is an inscription. The heads are embossed to give a sense of depth. A small hole is present at the top of the medallion.
