The relief sculpture is a circular medallion featuring a man's bust in profile. The man wears a hat and a textured collar. His face has a beard and prominent nose. The sculpture is made of metal with a brownish patina. There is text around the edge of the medallion that is not entirely legible. At the top of the medallion, there is a hole for hanging. The sculpture is small and can be held or displayed as an ornament.
