The sculpture depicts a relief on a circular object, featuring two figures riding horses. The figures are clad in classical attire and show dynamic movement. The background includes an inscription "VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM" at the top and "SC" at the bottom. The metal sculpture has a weathered, oxidized appearance with a brownish-copper hue and some areas of brighter color. There is a circular hole near the bottom of the object.
