The medallion features a profile portrait of a man with medium-length, wavy hair and a high-collared garment. It is round and crafted from metal with a silver-gray hue. The subject faces the right side with detailed features, typical of portraiture medallions. An inscription in capital letters surrounds the portrait, reading “CRISTOF . KRES . XXXIXII . IAR. AUT.” The craftsmanship includes intricate detailing in the hair and garment collar, conveying nobility and elegance.
