This is a drawing of a seated figure in a crown holding a scepter within an almond-shaped frame. The central figure is clothed in a flowing robe and wears a crown with elaborate detailing. The figure holds a scepter in his right hand, pointed downwards. Above the figure, an eagle with outspread wings perches on the apex of the frame. Below the central figure, another character is depicted sitting, with an expression of wonder, surrounded by several figures that appear to be soldiers lying on the ground. The lower part of the drawing includes an inscription, "IVPITER-XXXXVII". The artwork is rendered with delicate line work and an intricate pattern of stippling and hatching, creating depth and texture in the robes and other surfaces. The setting suggests a blend of heavenly and earthly realms.
