This is a drawing of an ornate frame featuring text and symbols. The centerpiece of the image contains Latin text that reads "VITA BEATAE MARIAE VIR, MATRIS DEI EMBLEMATAB, DELINEATA." Surrounding the text are various decorative elements and small illustrative scenes. At the top center, a small depiction of the Virgin Mary can be seen within a classical border design. In the corners, there are small circular illustrations: one shows a city gate or fortified entrance, another depicts a tree enclosed by a fence, a third shows a ship on the sea, and the fourth contains a tower rising above the water. There is also a small scene with a pitcher and a well. Each illustration is intricately decorated, embodying a baroque artistic style, commonly associated with Jacques Callot, whose name is engraved as "Callot fec." at the bottom.
