This is a drawing depicting an elaborate classical scene with allegorical figures and a monument. In the composition, there is a central female figure adorned with a crown, flanked by two figures next to a large inscribed stone plaque. Each of these two figures holds a staff or scepter. Above them, an eye emanates rays of light, watched over by winged cherubs. At the bottom, there is a relief with five cherubs. Ornate detailing surrounds the figures, including garlands and classical architectural elements.
