The sculpture on this medallion features ecclesiastical figures, possibly bishops or popes, with attendants near a large door. One figure kneels before a central figure handing over an object. The figures wear robes and elaborate headgear. The sculpture is bronze-colored. It is a low relief, creating light and shadow effects that enhance details. There is engraved text and a date in Roman numerals on the perimeter of the medallion.
