This is a photograph of an engraved medal or coin. The surface of the medal features a relief depiction of a scene with a woman kneeling next to an animal, likely a lion. She is to the right side of a wheel with a pattern on it. On the left, there is an architectural structure resembling a tomb or monument with a reclining figure on top.
