This is a drawing of oversized crustaceans and various figures. The artwork depicts a group of people dressed in extravagant 18th-century costumes and hairstyles, standing around and atop giant crayfish that occupy much of the foreground. One character leans on a long stick or cane while another gestures with an umbrella. In the background, a procession of horsemen and a carriage can be seen moving down a tree-lined avenue. A flag with a pair of scissors depicted above some figures suggests a theme of cutting or fashion.
