The image shows a bas-relief medallion featuring a profile bust of an elderly man with a beard and moustache, and curly hair. The medallion is circular and appears to be made from a dark metallic material with lighter highlights. The man's profile is turned to the right, capturing detailed facial features and hairstyle. There is an inscription around the perimeter of the medallion which reads "M. ANGELVS BONAROTVS PATRITIVS FLO." The surface of the medallion shows signs of patina.
